Dear Frontliners,

Sunday was Amazing Grace Sunday. We joined thousands of other churches in singing the song, reflecting upon the life and legacy of William Wilberforce, and seeking an end to worldwide slavery. To sign the petition and for more info, visit http://www.theamazingchange.com/. The movie on Wilberforce, Amazing Grace, opens this Friday in theaters.

Much to my surprise, Frontline made the Detroit News! Check it out here. As with many press reports, it is not entirely accurate, but still very positive.

In addition to signing the petition, five other simple ways you can change the world include

PACT (Pastors Alliance for County Transformation) is sponsoring 40 Days of Prayer for our county. It begins with a community prayer gathering at Knox Presbyterian on Ash Wednesday, February 21 at 7 PM and will conclude on April 1 at Hosanna. This year's Palm Sunday event will be at EMU's Pease Auditorium at 5 PM. If you did not get a 40 Days prayer booklet, they will be available Tuesday at the IMPACT Prayer Center and Wednesday at Knox. You can also order online here. A special message board has been established where you can write and read messages related to what God is doing and saying throughout these 40 Days. Check it out at http://www.im-pact.us/40days/.

As a reminder, you can download Sunday sermons for free (individually or via iTunes podcast subscription). Message notes are also available. Check it out here.

There will be a co-ed baby shower for Dave and Kim Middlin this Saturday, February 24 at 6 PM at our home. They are registered at Babies R Us. Please RSVP by replying to this e-mail.

Have a great week!
